If you are not 100% satisfied with your Ozark Trail gear, return it within 30 days for a full refund subject to inspecting returned merchandise. We’ll provide a prepaid return label or refund your original shipping cost. Exchanges are also accepted if you prefer a replacement item. Our helpful customer service team facilitates quick, convenient returns.

Most non-electrical gear comes with a limited lifetime warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Electrical components like rechargeable lights have a 1-year warranty. Just provide proof of purchase for a repair, replacement or refund of covered items.

Our roto-molded coolers offer performance equaling or exceeding YETI at a fraction of the price. Features like up to 3 inches of PermaFrost insulation and rugged T-latches keep ice frozen 5+ days. Use a sponge or soft brush with mild soap and warm water to gently clean the tent fabric. Rinse thoroughly to remove soap residue which can degrade water repellency if left on the fabric. Air or hang-dry completely before storing. Do not machine wash or use harsh chemicals that may damage the tent.

Most of our camp chairs collapse to fit airline carry-on size requirements. Look for lightweight, compact models that measure less than 22” x 14” x 9”. Ensure no metal components exceed 7” in length. Always check with your airline for specific restrictions before packing.
