Our size chart provides detailed measurements for each size in dresses, tops, bottoms, outerwear, swimwear, and more. Kim Rogers® offers free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous US. For orders under $50, we charge a flat rate of $5.95 for standard shipping. Expedited and international shipping rates vary. All orders generally ship within 1-3 business days and arrive within 5-7 business days of shipping. Visit our shipping policy for full details.

Yes, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original order shipment. Items must be unworn with original tags attached for return eligibility. Exchanges are for equal or greater value merchandise. We unfortunately cannot offer refunds, only in-store credit. Most Kim Rogers® clothing can be machine washed in cold water on a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach and fabric softener, and dry on low heat or hang dry to preserve the fabrics. Some delicate fabrics require dry cleaning only – check the care tag sewn into each garment for specific instructions. Proper care will keep your clothes looking their best!

Yes, we will adjust the price if an item you purchased goes on promotion within 14 days of the original purchase date. Contact Customer Service within 14 days of purchase and have your order number ready. Price adjustments are issued as refunds to the original payment method. Adjustments cannot be made after 14 days.

Kim Rogers® processes and ships most orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days within the contiguous US. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee at checkout. Orders placed by 1pm ET Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) ship same day with expedited shipping. Yes! Kim Rogers® gift cards make excellent gifts for the fashionista in your life. E-gift cards can be purchased online in denominations from $25 to $500 and redeemed in-store or online. Physical gift cards are also available in stores. Gift cards do not expire and can be used for both full priced and sale merchandise.
